In my last blog post, I told you guys how I recently ordered my Nintendo Switch Lite! Waiting for it to finally arrive seemed like an eternity. Luckily for me, it came a day earlier than I was told! In my latest post, I also mentioned that I had ordered the turquoise Lite, along with some accessories for it!
With that being said....here's my beautiful Nintendo Switch Lite in all its glory.
I love this skin so much. I love the random pops of pink and how the colors melt together. I got this skin from decalgirl.com and it was a lot easier to put on than I thought it'd be. I also have a cute charm & some thumb grips arriving soon from Etsy, and I'll be sure to show you all that on my Instagram or Twitter. ♡
The Lite is just that. Very light and easy to hold. I love how compact it feels in my hands and how it's able to be just enough without being too much. A worry I had was that it would feel nice in my hands, but it'd be at the expense of having a screen that was the perfect size. Well, I'm here to tell you that that's not the case at all. The screen is the perfect size. I told you guys I was skeptical about getting the Lite because I thought I'd feel obligated to play on a TV eventually, but nope. I find that when I'm playing my Lite, the screen size is the last thing on my mind. It's just right.
Navigating the interface has been simple. Everything is self-explanatory, and it isn't hard to find what I'm looking for. I've since bought my Nintendo Online 12-month subscription, and I bought Animal Crossing: New Horizons digitally from the Nintendo eShop. I'll have a blog coming soon about my thoughts on the game so far. 🤗
All in all, I don't have anything bad to say about my Lite so far. The battery life hasn't been bothersome (I feel like I get a good amount of gameplay from a full battery), the size and screen are perfect for me, the interface is easy to navigate, and my accessories are super fricken' cute. Thus far, I'm content with my choice of getting the Lite over the regular Switch. ♡
Stay tuned for my thoughts on Animal Crossing: New Horizons!
